ThermoWall Z combines the advantages of a flexible barn opening with exceptionally high thermal insulation. Developed specifically to meet the demands of modern livestock farms, this innovative system ensures a balanced barn climate while offering high light transmission and flexible ventilation.
At the heart of ThermoWall Z are patented membrane structures featuring specialized chambers. The air pockets trapped within act as a natural insulation layer, achieving an insulation value (R-value) up to twice as high as that of conventional curtain systems. This significantly reduces heat loss and minimizes temperature fluctuations inside the barn.
At the same time, the barn remains bright and welcoming: the high-quality, specialized films allow ample daylight to enter, creating optimal conditions for both the animals and the work areas. When needed, ThermoWall Z can be partially or fully opened to ensure a supply of fresh air. Thanks to an intelligent control system and the use of compressed air blowers, the system automatically adapts to prevailing climatic conditions.
